Ron L. "Shorty" Reynolds 59 Yale, Illinois died Friday June1, 2001 at his residence . He

was born October 27, 1941 in Oblong, Illinois and was the son of Virgil Reynolds and

Dorothy (Meeks) Reynolds. September 16, 1964 he married Judy Thompson. Ron

worked on the assembly line at Brunswick Corporation in Olney, IL. He was a member of

the Plainfield Church in Rose Hill, IL. His hobbies included tinkering with cars and he was

the best mushroom hunter in Yale.

 

He is survived by his wife Judy; 3 sons Randy Lee, Danny L. and Ronald Scott; 4

Grandchildren Curtis Michael Reynolds, Levi Dean Reynolds, Brittany Nicole Reynolds

and Robert Daniel Reynolds; 4 brothers and sisters-in-laws Donald & Elaine Reynolds,

Virgil Reynolds, Kenneth & Maria Reynolds and Bobby & Sue Reynolds; 6 sisters and

brothers-in-laws Dorothy Mae & Terry Goble, Opal & Roger Keys, Margaret Ann

Goble, Alice & Onnie Diaza, Sharon & Rick Goldman and Virginia Robinson; several

nieces, nephews and cousins. Ron is preceded in death by Grandparents Noah & Mable

Meeks and 1 Uncle.

 

Burial will be in Yale Cemetery
